10-year-old boy turns every seat on “The Voice” with Bob Dylan’s 1973 nostalgic cover of “Knockin ‘on Heaven’s Door.
For his blind audition, Arthur (10) chose the Bob Dylan song, “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door.” A decision that pays off as the little one becomes three mentors. He will finally choose Louis Bertignac as his mentor.
The song has given individuals goosebumps since it first appeared in the 1973 film Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid. Dylan released “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door” a few months later and it became a worldwide hit.
Not surprisingly, Dylan continually produced a number of other melodic masters. His songs have been widely covered by famous singers and aspiring singers like Arthur. A piece of music is immortal and transmitted from age to age. The extraordinary singer, Bob Dylan, has connected with the souls of individuals through his work since the mid-1960s – and continues to do so today.
There are sure to be songs that bring tears to your eyes, no matter how often you listen to them,
“Mom, take this badge off – I can’t use it anymore.” It’s getting dark, too dark to see it – I feel like I’m knocking on heaven’s door…
