During a performance of “Somewhere Over The Rainbow,” a 10-year-old is greeted with a standing ovation

The 10-year-old performs ‘Somewhere Over The Rainbow’ on Britain’s Got Talent, earning a standing ovation.

“Somewhere over the rainbow way up high, There’s a land that I heard of

Once in a lullaby, somewhere over the rainbow skies are blue

And the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true”

 

Gracie’s audition song was Judy Garland’s popular song from The Wizard of Oz!

 

Gracie Wickens-Sweet answers confidently when one of the judges asks her what her dream is.She says, “To perform in front of such a large audience,” well, it seems she is on her way to realizing her dream!A 10-year-old sings the lyrics to ‘Somewhere Over The Rainbow’

 

As she walks out onto the stage, Gracie exudes confidence. And she has her mother by her side, cheering her on from the sidelines. It definitely helps to boost your confidence when you have someone who supports you in that way, as parents do for their children.

Gracie Wickens-Sweet gives her all during her audition, singing this inspiring song. And she does an excellent job!

That last note she hits at the end was fantastic. What a lovely and talented young lady! It’s no surprise she received a standing ovation from the judges and audience! Gracie can’t believe it and can’t stop smiling when she sees everyone’s reaction.

“That was just fantastic,” Amanda, one of Britain’s Got Talent’s judges, exclaims.

Gracie Wickens-Sweet will go far in life with her talent and confidence! God bless this talented young singer as she pursues her dream!
